• 290 days agoGreat workout with Jenny Ford! I’ve been doing step aerobics for twenty years now and I love this workout! The warmup feels more like it is part of the workout rather than getting your muscles warmed up, but if you’ve done aerobics for a while it won’t be a problem. Basic, 30 minute step workout. Squeeze in a simple but fun 30 min. step workout using my NEW % timer. Work to 100%, and you'll be done! Begins with an invigorating warm-up, followed by 3 combos, then we'll weave them together, and cool down. I've never tried step aerobics but thought it would be good to get me moving.
